At Litha, my vision is simple yet powerful: to reconnect people with nature, and inner and ancient wisdom.
I believe in harnessing the incredible properties of the elements to nurture our physical and mental well-being, while also reigniting that playful spark of our inner child.
Litha was born from my own struggles with well-being (and now most likely a touch of perimenopause - yay hormones!) I was searching for something that felt right—something that didn’t box me in. Traditional counselling didn’t quite suit me, and while classes and workshops had their place, I often found them lacking a space for genuine sharing. I needed something flexible, authentic, and deeply rooted in the natural world—a place where I could be unashamedly me.
My journey led me to explore various paths, from Buddhism to Druidry, and eventually, I crossed paths with a wonderful guide who introduced me to Wicca. While none of these paths felt like a perfect fit, each offered me tools, wisdom, and the courage to create something new—a space that blends spirituality, science, and a deep connection to nature’s magick.
With a background in public health, health promotion, antenatal education, and doula care, and most recently as a teacher, I’ve been fortunate to weave together both the scientific and spiritual perspectives. This balance allows Litha to remain open, inclusive, and accessible to all, and we are constantly adapting and adding to our offerings to fit the needs of our guests.

What you see is exactly who I am—a mix of all the versions we need to be just to navigate this beautiful, messy life.
Yes, sometimes I’m a bit unorganised, I talk too much, I’m not subtle, and I get things muddled.
But I’m also passionate, enthusiastic, driven, and completely devoted to what I do.
Some days, I’m dealing with a fibro flare, or just plain tired. Sometimes life feels heavy, or my confidence dips.
But here’s the thing: I’m not ashamed of any part of that, because when you walk through my gate, you’re not just a client—you’re a friend.
We’re equals here.
And it matters to me that you know everything we do is built on authenticity, intuition, and heart.
This space is about being real, and never needing to apologise for it.
